Daniel the engineer, punctual, friendly, quick, knowing exactly what was required to do the repair and carrying it out astonishingly fast. Arranging the repair on the phone was very efficient throughout. Cost steep in the circumstances but relieved to get the garage door working again.

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. Experience engineer who replaced the mechanism swiftly and right first time. The door operates very well once again, in fact a big improvement.
I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.
Repairman was on site in less than an hour. He had all the parts on him and the garage door was fix within another hour. Quick and efficient service
